1. Service Refunds:
- If you are unsatisfied with a service provided by Radiance Salon, please notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
- We will review the situation and, if appropriate, offer a redo of the service at no additional cost. If client once has taken service is not liable for refund which service has already been taken by that user.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to appointment cancellations. We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee.
